The Great Communicator?

Ronald Reagan once said:

"Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free"

Mr. Reagan was the true great communicator, and he believed in America as a great country, no, the greatest country ever to exist on earth.

Our current President, Mr. Obama believes otherwise. A fact transparently evident when he went on his apology tour around the world in 8 days, bowing and scraping to every neo-socialist european and pseudo-terrorist regime he could find.

But Mr. Obama can't help himself. As I have said before, narcissism will kill. A narcissist needs everyone's approval, his self esteem is rooted in what others think of him.

This explains how Mr. Obama can continue to be so condescending to the American people. Take for instance, his most recent interview for CBS 60 minutes, which is airing this Sunday, while Mr. Obama is on his 10 day Asian tour:
When CBS journalist Steve Kroft asked if Mr. Obama had lost his mojo, he responded:

"You know, I think that over the course of two years we were so busy and so focused on getting a bunch of stuff done that we stopped paying attention to the fact that leadership isn't just legislation. That it's a matter of persuading people."

When asked about the midterm elections and whether they were a mandate or repudiation of his policies, Mr. Obama blamed his lack of communicating to the American people about his legislation. Right, communication. Not the fact that what he was communicating was a government takeover of banks, healthcare, business and people's lives.

Once again, his message is the American people are just not smart enough to appreciate Mr. Obama's brain and his policies. They just aren't bright enough to figure out what is good for them. So Obama has to do it for them. Once again, Mr. Obama is not able to acknowledge that he made a mistake with policies or the economic recovery.

No, he only made the error in not explaining his fantastic policies to us without a white board and flashcards.
So, it is not his fault but ours, we are just too dumb.

Ah, Americans, not only morbidly obese and desperately needing Michelle Obama to save us from McDonalds, but intellectually challenged as well.


As Mr. Obama embarks on his ten day trip to Asia, presumably to apologize again and offer to sell them more of our debt, I leave you Mr. Ronald Reagan to remind us what government is meant to be, compared to what it has become under our supposed great communicator, Mr. Obama.

End of the Occupation!

Fellow beef and Cheese eaters, rejoice-the end of the occupation has come.
I am eagerly awaiting the mother ship to pick up Obama, it should be here soon!
Of course, there have been some disappointments, particularly the loss of Nevada.

Nevada relapsed into its old gambling addiction by re-seating Harry Reid. What a shame that Reid couldn't win an election without help from corruption, unions and dirty tricks.

Overall though, a certain relief seems to have settled over the nation, like a comforting and cool wind. There is a diminished level of anxiety. People appear to be breathing easier with fewer chest pains and clammy palms. Why, my carnivorous friends?

Because there is less anxiety that Prickly Pear and his progressive socialist friends are not driving us off the cliff in that famous car of theirs, at least not yet. There is comfort in the knowledge that there are still some folks who are like-minded, believe in smaller government and better economic policies other than the hand-basket to hell spending we have seen over two years.

Watching clips from today's press conference, Obama looks like he is in physical pain, the face is sour, mouth turned down, perhaps the best expression of constipation I have seen in a while. His speech was all platitudes though.
This man's temperament and personality makeup is absolutely NOT capable of change or admission of error.
Remember, carnivores, narcissism is a lethal disease. Obama has been wounded, only he is a wounded narcissist. He is like a fox in a trap, with its leg broken. The only action Obama and that fox are capable of is a snapping attack.
Watch out for those teeth. Yikes!
